Condition
Unless otherwise specified, our radiators have a natural finish on them and are not polished. For a quick 15 minute way to drastically improve the appearance of your radiator, we recommend going over it with a maroon medium/light Scotch Brite pad and Never Dull aluminum cleaner. Never Dull is available at most hardware stores. Or of course your favorite large intergalactic evil retail empire offering Prime shipping.

We accept Paypal as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for payment.
Shipping
We ship to the US and Canada only by UPS or USPS. Local pickup is available by calling to order. We inspect all items before shipment however damage can occur in shipment to you. If you receive your item damaged, please contact us immediately and save all original packaging. UPS will likely want to inspect the package and the original packaging is needed to return it to us. Please note: any Paypal transaction over $500 requires a signature for delivery.
Most items are shipped within 1 business day. Custom made products can be 4-6 weeks for delivery, your salesman will discuss this with you at the time of purchase.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unused, unfilled with coolant and free of any damage including damaged fins and cross thread connections. All items must be returned in the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping is not refundable. Custom made products are not returnable nor are used products. Any radiator that has been filled with coolant is not returnable.
In the eventWe will replace defective merchandise and cover all shipping costs.
Warranty
The warranty on all of our radiators, unless specifically specified otherwise, is 2 years. The product page will list the specific details. In the event of failure not caused by abuse, neglect or electrolysis, we will replace your radiator while under warranty. Incidentals including labor, shipping and consequential damage are not covered under our warranty.
